Wildflowers Just finished this larger work from a field study of a month or so ago. It was late Spring or early Summer and the wildflowers were profuse. The scene astouded me so! There were wild Bachelor Buttons, Lupine, Wild Rose, Blue Headed Gilia, and Vetch all in the same field by the lake. [...] 
Lake Sparkles One I’m really pleased with. I searched high and low to find a spot on the lake that moved me. As the sun began setting I thought all was lost untill I found this view on the east side of the lake. The intense sun created reflective sparkles that made the water [...] From Howard Prairie Snow capped Mt McLaughlin and a perfect spring day equal a great time by the lake, and a painting that I’m happy with. For some reason this scene reminds me of paintings I’ve seen of Mt.
